In 1987, Dancing Feet Academy opened its doors. Beginning in a small building on Lafayette Street, DFA moved to a larger facility on South Jackson Street, and finally to this state of the art facility. Our goal is to provide the best instruction in the art of dance. Throughout the years, hundreds of children have participated in dance in our establishments.

Dancing Feet Academy’s Intermediate and Petite Rhythm Elite Companies competed in Hattiesburg, Mississippi at Dance Teachers United February 8-10. We are very proud of these groups and solos who did a wonderful job. Our dancers won the following awards:
