Jonette Wilburn, native of Huntsville, Alabama, has been teaching dance for the past 7 years. Growing up she studied at Ann’s Studio of Dance in tap, jazz, lyrical, ballet, and hip-hop. She has performed and competed all over the United States, including Six Flags Over Georgia, and in the Bahamas on the Royal Majesty Cruise Ship. She has choreographed several musicals in Starkville, including Starkville High School’s “Beauty and the Beast” and “South Pacific,” as well as Starkville Academy’s “Oliver,” and most recently Mississippi State’s “Little Shop of Horrors.”

Jonette has been working at Dancing Feet Academy since Fall 2004 and has been teaching the Rhythm Elite Competition team since Spring 2006. She is currently trying to graduate from Mississippi State with a double major in Theatre and French. After graduation, Jonette hopes to get a Masters of Fine Arts in Acting.
